The WBrowning Hi-Power is a single-action, semi-automatic handgun designed by John Browning. Although Browning passed away before the pistol was completed, armament company FN Herstal finished the design in 1935. At the time, the Hi-Power's most defining feature was its capacity of 13 rounds in 9×19mm, which was one of the largest magazine capacities for a handgun, almost double that of firearms such as the M1911.
