Sliding is a gameplay mechanic featured in Insurgency. To slide, a player must sprint for a minimum of 1.2 seconds then hit the crouch button while sprinting.
A slider speed and distance is affected by the slider's total weight points. A user with max weight will slide 25% slower and 37.5% less distance than someone with less than 60WP.
The slide is useful when dodging shots from an enemy.
